Sir Alex confident to obtain Van Persie
Honestly that is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard. If Arsenal truly do sell our top player to our number 1 rival for the last 16 years then it is proof that arsenal have no desire to win any form of trophy and in this to obtain money. No amount of money regardless of price would make up for selling your captain to man united, I don’t care if it balances the teams books for the next 30 years I would burn my jersey and disown any involvement of being an arsenal fan if this happens. Their is really no honor in this.

This is my favorite part of 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea.
I love Captain Nemo so much. I used to daydream that he would appear and whisk me away in his submarine and teach me about marine life. I would fall asleep in his library every night. It would be the perfect Platonic relationship, in a more archaic use of the term (I’m a stickler for etymology- it would mean a symbiotic relationship geared toward the pursuit of knowledge).
