I really wanna travel this year.. Chances are that heading to London and I def wanna check out my Papa, aunts and cousins in Trinidad but after that I’m deciding where else. I’ve been putting off Chicago and San Fran for way to long, Puerto Rico is always for my friends bday so I can do that as well but lately I’ve really wanted to head to San Antonio as well. Go do one of those big 50 oz steak challenges and pretend I’m John Wayne for a couple of days. I gotta save up way more though.

Watching “seeking a friend for the end of the world” and it had me thinking, if the en of the world comes who,what,where would I be an I will say on a beach with bob marley music playing. A huge barbecue, people just having fun playing soccer and volleyball and just enjoying their last minutes instead of panicking. The only question now is with who and truthfully idk if I can do it with my family, I wouldn’t want to see them pass but I def would wanna spend the final moments with them so idk

I really hate knowing that part of my family was slave masters, if I could go back in time I would punch them.. I wonder how they would feel knowing that my grandfather married a black woman.

I’m really loving my family right now. So basically in 22 years this has been the first time my pops, uncle, two aunts and grandma have been together and it’s been awesome. Between them teaching me how to cook some dishes and just seeing my family act differently when they’re all together instead of separately has been cool, especially my grandmother. I use to have that ill Indian grandma but lately she has been really chill, from cracking jokes to giving everyone advice. I really love her to death right now. She said she has been keeping me in her prayers and I know she takes her religion seriously so I def wanna make her a little bit more proud. But honestly the discussions I’ve had with all them and just learning things from them has made this an invaluable moment and a time I will cherish for a while.

Should prob get to sleep, my grandmother and two aunts came up to new York to have a family reunion. The last time she saw all her kids together in one place was over 25 years ago so it might be pretty cool, then again I have an old school Indian grandma who will prob try and smack me for having gauged ears… Smh.

I already informed my family and friends and now I must inform the rest of the world… If I ever become a zombie, everyone has my permission to blow my head off.

We need a Boston Tea Party of our own

238 years ago a major event that shaped america into a country occurred, this action was the Boston Tea Party. On December 16, 1773 colonist went aboard 3 ships and destroyed taxed tea that was suposed to be return to Britain, This event was a huge factor leading into the American revolution.  This event was the cause of unfair taxation by Britain on its imported tea to the colonies which they appealed but weren’t being taken seriously until these actions occurred.  

In all it has me thinking, why don’t we take action.  Just like the colonist they fought against this law, they did it in a civilized way just to not be heard.  Just as us in modern America, we aren’t being taken seriously.  We went and protest just for the government to make jokes out of it, saying that the only thing we’re doing is annoying the people in the neighborhood, that the only people in the crowds are homeless bums and worst that they’re jobs out there but the only ones being made are for Subways, Starbucks and Mcdonalds.  Those jobs aren’t gonna support a family, those jobs aren’t gonna allow you to live in house/apartment and for all the people who are busting their ass trying to obtain a higher degree those jobs won’t pay off your loans.  America gets more and more in debt, they spend more money on wars then education, they talk about how people on wealth fare are stealing the cash when we have politicians making over 400 grand living in their mansions with a retirement package not getting anything done.  Our social security is gone and healthcare reform never came close, this government is just shitting on us all and the future.  We need a massive change or a new government in all.

Long day today but really great, just saw some fams I haven’t seen in years and they’re actually really cool and everyone got kids now to…not trying to get to that point anytime soon, but damn I love kids bro.
