Damn, I’ve already done insanity and half way done threw my second time but I would def wanna do this
I swear every time that fit test kicks my ass (insanity).
Btw I was trying out this new energy snack called stinger waffle which is supported by lance Armstrong and it gives you allot of energy which I need for the Max interval I have next. But it’s this cookie crumble mix with waffle/ maple syrup type of snack and very delightful… I recommend it.
For the longest while I’ve been following Dwayne Johnson and his ideology on health is the best. What you’re doing is a lifestyle change but you have to incorporate snacks and goodies into your life so work hard for 6 days a week and when that last day comes, just eat what you want. It keeps you sane but the damage done isn’t as bad as the daily damage you cause to your body by keeping the same lifestyle.
Procrastinating insanity
I’ve been doing insanity for over three months now and still it do it in my high school gym shorts, I really need to get some new athletic gear. Any recommendations?
It’s a great feeling when you remember why you started working out. It wasn’t just to look better but o accomplish more. To not only feel healthier but get further. To be able to snowboard, surf, rock climb and do anything you put your mi. To and know that you physic won’t stand in your way. To be as close to a perfect start that you can ever be… That’s why I started insanity.
